· In order to for the Peace Institute’s students to have an outside-of-class way to practice English, build relationships with the foreign teachers and learn Western games, I dedicated two Sunday’s a night to opening my house to 15-20 Chinese. Games consisted of small groups games, such as Uno, to large group games, such as Mimic in which contestants had to act out stories written in English.

· Responsible for hospitality activities such as catering a reception after Sunday night services; enter weekly response cards from the congregation into a MS Access database; keep email lists for the whole church, small bible study groups and other group functions up-to-date

· Leadership responsibilities involved organizing activities for the kids every Friday night, helping the pastor before and after youth group, working closely with other leaders. Teaching involvement included: Leading games, both indoor and outdoor; facilitated small-group Bible studies; one-on-one student counselor; organizer and cabin counselor during weekend camps & conferences

· Organized agenda of chapter meetings; recorded activities of the chapter meetings and chapter’s achievements for national headquarters; corresponded with other Theta Chi chapters, the national chapter and living groups on campus; Organized and monitored mandatory study table for active members with below-average GPA; recorded and photographed the chapter's philanthropic, academic and social activities.
