What I am grateful for:

  • Second chances
  • My son and his ability to learn how to swim and play and say “how YOU doin’?”
  • My dad’s running group and how warm hearted they are

Three amazing things that happened yesterday:

  • Power outage downtown kind of messed up work
  • Treating the running group to coffee
  • Going to swim with my son at the Y, just him and me

Three (four) things that I will do today:

  • Run 6 miles for training for half marathon in a week
  • Help with the church parking lot sale
  • BBQ w/ Aaron & Dina
  • Get all my 52.4 running support letters out

Commitment/Goal: Not to be attached to twitter/facebook/foxnews today

Three things I’m grateful for:

  • Arriving home safely and seeing my family
  • My coworkers and how much we have grown as a ministry with the end in mind
  • My walk around the lake at WinShape and spending time with God

Three things that made yesterday special:

  • Some more team building, using toys, with coworkers and showing appreciation, encouragement and celebration with each other at WinShape in Rome, GA.
  • My son was there and awake when my wife picked me up from the airport at 10:25 after a delayed flight from Atlanta.
  • Spending time with my wife after Joshua finally went to sleep at 11:30pm

Three things that got accomplished yesterday:

  • Listened to more of the Cost of Discipleship
  • Finished up team building at WinShape with unfoldingWord team
  • Spent time with family

Three things happening today:

  • Going running with 52.4 team this morning
  • Going to McCall this morning
  • Enjoying time with family in McCall tonight

Three things I can do to make today great!

  • Good attitude when preparing and traveling to McCall
  • Work on a newsletter about ministry and my runs in October
  • Focus on God, Family and reflection
